Cat's Cradle

Through Atompunk

A satire built around the fictional "father of the atomic bomb" and an even worse invention, ice-nine. Atomic science treated as a very dark joke.

Through Frostpunk

Ice-nine, a crystal that freezes any water it touches, ends the world in an afternoon. Satire about science, religion and the arms race, with the oceans as collateral.
